The Orange County Fair Through Aug. 11

Offering a wide variety of exhibits, foods, entertainment, rides and hands- on activities. There is something for everybody at the Fair including the summer headline concert series, working farm and petting zoos, thrill rides, contests, and games.

Festival of the Arts Through Aug. 31

A juried fine art show featuring 140 of OC’s top artists in an open-air gallery setting. A world-renowned art destination, visitors can take tours of the exhibit, catch an art demonstration, dine at one of the on-site restaurants, create their own masterpiece, or simply sit back and enjoy the creative atmosphere.

Pageant of the Masters Through Aug. 31

This iconic, long-running Orange County tradition combines art-fully costumed people, extravagant sets and theatrical illusion to re-create famous works of art on stage.

Sawdust Festival Through Sep. 2

Outdoor arts and crafts festival. Watch artists create their work and buy directly from the artists while enjoying the atmosphere.

Laguna Art-A-Fair Through Sep. 2

Stroll through Laguna Art-A-Fair’s peaceful garden setting and enjoy a variety of art including oil paintings, watercolors, acrylics, drawings, photography, digital art, mixed media, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, glass and wood.

Surf City Pickleball Tournament Aug. 1

An all volunteer event and host to over 280 players and 500 visitors and onlookers throughout the weekend.

Festival of the Butterflies Aug. 3

FREE street fair along the Los Rios Historic District in honor of the 10th Anniversary of the Los Rios Park and Garden Angels! Enjoy garden walking tours, plant sales, butterfly education, kids crafts, live music, food, a petting zoo and fun from the Los Rios participating merchants.

Aliso Place Free Shredding & Waste Event Aug. 10

Open House & Meet The Founder at The Marconi Automotive Museum Aug. 11

San Clemente Fiesta Street Festival Aug. 11

They Will Surf Again Aug. 24

Life Rolls On assigns 7 teams of volunteers to take kids, young adults, and elderly primarily with spinal cord injuries surfing using adaptive equipment.

Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo Aug. 24-25

Proclaimed as the richest 2-day rodeo in the nation, this year’s Rodeo features saddle bronc, bareback, steer wrestling, calf roping, tie down roping and bull riding.

Senior Fitness Expo Aug. 30
