Victor Vasu with 27 years experience has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal Nationally and in Orange County for residential and investment sales volume. Victor brings solid experience and unsurpassed professionalism to every transaction. He is an expert negotiator. Victor also is an authority in the field of analytics as evidenced by his work with Corelogic the largest provider of real estate analytics in the U.S. His unique talent for rapidly mastering property values in varying locations and economic environments have led him to work with Fannie Mae, Chase, OneWest Bank, Nationstar Mortgage, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Corelogic, Bayview Loan Servicing, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Phoenix Asset Management, Green River, Comerica Bank, Atlas REO, Liberty National Bank, Zion’s Bank and the Small Business Administration.

Suzanne Vasu is a licensed real estate broker with over 26 years of real estate experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law with options in Real Estate Finance and Financial Management from Cal State Long Beach. She has a strong sales background with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Her marketing and advertising plans, advanced computer and technology skills, and ongoing research for the current best available marketing avenues ensures clients that they have hired one of the most professional and successful teams in Orange County.
John Mason studied Real Estate at both Saddleback College and Irvine Valley College. He started in the real estate industry in 1993. He uses his general real estate knowledge and understanding of how to communicate with people, particularly over the phone, to increase public awareness of our listings to a targeted audience, and to develop new business in selected areas.
